1. PRICES:
The prices are reflected in euros. THE HOLDER reserves at all times and unilaterally the right to change the price and / or characteristics of the products offered through its website. To guarantee the customer the certainty and security of the price and / or characteristics of their products, these will be those in force at the time of placing the order. In the order confirmation information, prior to the buyer accepting the operation, the prices of each of the chosen items and the promotions or discounts that, if applicable, are applicable are clearly specified. The expenses generated by the transport of the products to the address indicated by THE CLIENT are included in the final price that appears in the order.

2. INFORMATION PRIOR TO THE PROCESS OF PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS BY THE CLIENT:
The customer must select the products they wish to purchase by pressing the "Buy" button located on each product. These will be added to the shopping cart located in the top menu bar of the web. Once the products have been selected, to continue with the purchase process, THE CLIENT must press the “process order” button that appears in the TOTAL of the order. In the next step the order summary will appear and the billing and shipping information will be requested. Then you must select the shipping method and payment method: bank transfer, credit card, Paypal system. Once payment has been confirmed by any of the two means described above, the purchase document will be sent to the CLIENT's email and will always be available upon request to the OWNER of the website. In the introduction of the billing and shipping data, Fiscal Identification Number and Province-Country verifiers are used. This information is available in Spanish.

3. INFORMATION AFTER THE PROCESS OF PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS BY THE CUSTOMER:
After the completion of the purchase and validation of the payment made, THE CUSTOMER will receive an email with the summary of their purchase and order number that will recapitulate its integrity ( nature of the products shipped, the quantity, the price). Similarly, the purchase document will always be available upon request to the OWNER of the website. The email with the order information will be sent when the HOLDER has received the payment confirmation (via Paypal or payment card). The second method is slower due to the way in which each bank operates.

4.MODALITIES OF PAYMENT:
THE HOLDER uses two means of payment: by Paypal system or by payment card. THE CLIENT must choose which payment system he wishes to use before proceeding with the purchase:
• Paypal System: online system to make payments and transfers over the Internet without sharing the financial information with the recipient. You can find more information about this service here. As in the previous case, THE HOLDER only receives a confirmation that the purchase process has been carried out satisfactorily.
• Credit card: ELIXIRbeauty works with accredited banking entities in payment methods through the Internet, which have a secure and confidential system at the moment in which the user proceeds to purchase their products. At the time of payment, the communication is exclusive between THE USER and the bank, and ELIXIRbeauty receives a confirmation from the bank that the purchase process has been carried out successfully.
• Bank transfer: in case of choosing this option, the user will receive in his email address the receipt of his order with the information related to the product purchased, amount thereof, as well as the account number to which the transfer should be made bank within 5 days from the day the order was formalized.
